• Personal (legal) right trademarks, service marks, unique concepts, patents, business know-how and other ownership.
• Rights holders authorize others to use these rights.
• In the licensing contract contains some adjustment and control provisions, in order to guide the franchisee's business activities.
• Rights by many people need to pay royalties and other fees.
